REPORTED INCIDENTS –March 11, 2015

SHOOTING INCIDENT V. SAGUN

On or about 7:00 in the evening of March 11, 2015 transpired at Purok Santan, Barangay Cogon, V. Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as one (1) Sanelyn Digol Y Sarsoza, 27 years old, married, Barangay Kagawad a resident of Purok Orchids, Barangay Cogon, V-Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death by unidentified suspect. PNP elements of V-Sagun Police Station led by PSInsp Rolando Bayawa Coz- COP immediately proceeded to aforesaid place of incident to conduct initial inspection and investigation. Upon arrival of the responding team they found the victim lying on the road and immediately rushed to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medical treatment but it was pronounce dead on arrival by the attending physicians. initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim on her way home onboard a single motorcycle Honda XRM  from her class at Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur upon reaching of the place of incident was waylaid by unidentified suspect. Suspect shot the victim several times with the used of caliber .45 pistol hitting the left portion of her body base on the evidenced recovered from the crime scene one empty shell and one magazine with three live ammo of caliber .45. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of V-Sagun Police Station are still conducting thorough investigation for possible identity and arrest the suspect and to determine the motive of the incident.

STABBING INCIDENT IN SOMINOT

On or about 05:30 in the morning of March 11, 2015 one Barangay Captain Noli Capangpangan, 49 years old, married, a barangay captain of Barangay Lumangoy Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur together with Nilo Batac, Barangay Tanod, 48 years old, married and both resident of Barangay Lumangoy, Sominot Zamboanga Del Sur appeared to Sominot Police Station and brought the living body of suspect Marjome Mansueto Y Capangpangan, 16 years old, a resident of Purok 7, Lumangoy, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur. initial investigation conducted by Barangay Captain Noli Capangpangan disclosed that  the unidentified victim sustained one (1) stabbed wound on his left quadrant area that resulted to his untimely death. PNP elements of Sominot Police Station proceeded to the place of incident to conduct ocular investigation thereat to determine the motive of incident. Suspect is now temporary detained at Sominot Police Station lock-up cell while a case being prepared against the suspect in court.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN SAN MIGUEL

On or about 7:35 in the afternoon of March 11, 2015 at Purok Sta. Lucia, Barangay Dao-An, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur, PNP elements of San Miguel Police Station led by PInsp Willie Joy Bulawan Pogado, OIC proceeded to the aforesaid place to effect the search warrant which resulted to the successful arrest of one (1) Crisus Gloria Lopez, 36 years old, married, a resident at Purok Sta. Lucia, Barangay Dao-An, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of the search warrant no 209, issued on march 06, 2015 by Hon. Judge Joel Gonzaga Vercide, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 01, Pagadian City. the seized and confiscated items from the room of the suspect are the following: Three (3) pieces two (2) hundred peso bill bearing serial number (NQ226540) (NL126388) and (NL523549); One (1) piece one hundred peso bill bearing serial no (ES702353); Three (3) pieces five (5) peso coin; Three (3) pieces one (1) peso coin; one (1) unit cellular phone (Telego) color white blue combination; six (6) pieces cut aluminum foil; Two (2) pieces repacking straw; Fourteen (14) pieces aluminum foil; Eighteen (18) pieces cellophane containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; and One (1) piece bamboo stick  attached with ammo empty shell. Inventory of said confiscated items were Witnessed by the barangay officials of Barangay Dao-An, San Miguel, Zamboanga del sur in the persons of Barangay Chairman Jerry P Taruc and Barangay Kagawad Elizabeth T Jabajab. Proper inventory of the seized items was conducted by PO1 winston chiong rabago with the barangay officials. Confiscated items of illegal drugs were brought to PCLO for confirmatory test. Suspect is now temporary detained at San Miguel Police Station lock-up cell while preparing appropriate charges against the suspect in court.
