SHOOTING INCIDENT, ARREST THE SUSPECT AND CONFISCATION OF LOOSE FIREARMS IN DIMATALING

On or about 1:07 in the afternoon of March 07, 2015 PNP elements of Dimataling Police Station  received a cellphone call from Barangay Captain Nestor Cabuga, Barangay Binuay, Dimatling Police Station informing that shooting incident transpired on or about 1:00 in the afternoon of March 07, 2015 at Purok4 Barangay San Roque, Dimataling Zamboanga Del Sur. wherein victim identified as one (1) Omar Sanggayan Y Cagas, 37 years old, married, farmer, a resident of Purok6 Barangay Binuay, Dimataling Zamboanga Del Sur Was shot by the suspects identified as one (1) Dodo Labad, 37years old, married, farmer a resident of  Purok1 Barangay Lalab, Dimataling Zamboanga Del Sur and elmer labad, 47 years old, married, barangay kagawad a resident at Barangay San Roque, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of Dimatling police station led by SPO3 Leo M Cahilog team leader under supervision of PInsp Renante Bayona Benitez, OIC immediately proceeded to the place of incident to conduct initial investigation. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim having heated argument to the suspects regarding the condemned water reservoir wherein built within the land area owned by the victim. Due to their exchanging heated words suddenly suspects fired their undetermined firearm to the victim. Victim sustained gunshot wound on his left arm and immediately rushed by his relatives to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for medical treatment. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Dimataling Police Station immediately conducted hot pursuit and continues operation against the suspects which resulted to the successful arrest on or about 4:00 in the afternoon or March 7, 2015 at Barangay San Roque, Dimataling Police Station suspect identified as Elmer Labad Y Vena recovered from his position and control one 38 revolver without serial nr and two ( 2 ) live ammos inserted. Suspect is now temporary detained at Dimataling Police Station lock-up cell while preparing appropriate charges against suspect in court. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN DUMALINAO

On or about 7:35 in the morning of March 07, 2015 transpired along national road of Barangay Sumadat Dumalinao Zamboanga Del Sur involving three vehicle single motorcycle Racal 125, color green, pertinent papers still in the company driven by Jeyrussel Jusayan Y Berdin, 22 years old, married, Government Employee of Provincial Government Of Zamboanga Del Sur, Toyota Fortuner color gray owned by Carlos Rubio Y Agabao, of Labrador Buug Zamboanga Sibugay, driven by Joselito Libor Y Okias, married, a resident of malaybalay bukidnon, and KM450 military vehicle plate number SJD 733 of 102nd Brigade, Base At Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay driven by  Cpl Jessie Miquiabas Y Abanto. PNP elements of Dumalinao Police Station immediately proceeded to the place of incident to conduct initial investigation. Investigation conducted disclosed that single motorcycle Racal 125 negotiating the town of Dumalinao bound to Barangay Locuban, Dumalinao Zamboanga Del Sur overtaking two vehicle and turned left without care that resulted to accidentally hit/bumped by Toyota Fortuner from behind and KM450 military vehicle subsequently bumped the Toyota Fortuner as a result driver of single motorcycle slammed to the concrete road and the driver sustain injuries and was brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center, Pagadian city for immediate medication.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN DINAS

On or about 6:30 in the evening of March 07, 2015, vehicular accident transpired at Purok Macupa, Barangay Nangka, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as PO1 Herchel Campomanes Lumocso, 25 years old, married, PNP member of Dimataling Police Station and resident of Barangay Poblacion, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of Dinas Police Station led by PSInsp Ardee Oliver Solis Oliveros, COP proceeded to the place of inc to conduct ocular inspection and investigation. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim onboard his single motorcycle DT 125 color black and blue combination travelling from Legarda Uno bound to his resident at Poblacion, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur upon reaching at Purok Macupa, Barangay Nangka, he accidentally hit/bumped the back portion of the Izusu dump truck, color black and white combination bearing with plate nr 6BZ-262 owned by Engr. Tan was on parked right side of the road loaded with sand and gravel for construction supply at Tabina Zamboanga Del Sur. as a result victim sustained severe injury on his forehead and immediately brought by concern citizen to Chavez Medical Clinic and subsequently forwarded to Jamillarin Hospital, Pagadian City for medical treatment but pronounce dead on arrival by the attending physician. The motorcycle single owned by the victim was brought to Dinas Police Station for safekeeping and proper disposition investigator on case PO1 Roy Ian Linghag Navales with contact nr 09105754406

VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN LAKEWOOD

On or about  5:00 in the afternoon of March 07, 2015 vehicular accident transpired at Purok 1, Barangay Tubod, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur. wherein victim identified as one (1) Sgt Ruel Empalmado Y Rodriguez, 42 years old, married, member of Philippine Army assigned at 44th IB, a resident of San Jose, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay. PNP elements of Lakewood Police Station proceeded to the place of incident to conduct ocular inspection and investigation. initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim on board his single motorcycle Honda XRM 125, color red, bearing plate # 4993 JQ travelling from Pagadian City going to Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay upon reaching aforesaid place victim tried to overtake the blue elf truck and accidentally side swept by a opposite direction private truck, color white, bearing plate # XAL707, driven by Michael Sarigumba Y Idong, 39 years old, married a resident of Purok 2 Sitio Batolusa Bankas Hts. Toril Davao owned by Wella Metal Corp. with business address at Bunsuran 1, Pandi,  Bulacan, Region 3. Victim sustained physical injuries on the different parts of his body and was immediately brought by a concern citizen to Jamellarin Hospital at Pagadian City for medical treatment. Driver of private truck driven by Michael Sarigumba voluntarily surrendered at Tigbao Police Station and properly turn-over to Lakewood Police Station and detained at Lakewood Police Station lock-up cell while a case was still under investigation. Single motorcycle and the private truck were temporarily impounded for safe keeping and for proper disposition.

CONFLAGRATION INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 7:35 in the morning of March 07, 2015, Pagadian City Police Station received a cellphone call from concern citizen informing that a fire incident transpired at Block 9, Alta Tierra Napolan, Pagadian City. Immediately, PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Avelmar Renan Ulpindo Garambas, OD under the direction of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, OIC proceeded to the place of incident and immediately contacted the Bureau Of Fire Protection (BFP) personnel. Upon arrival thereat, the responding team together with the fire personnel of bureau of fire protection (BFP) had obtained initial finding fire incident wherein one (1) house owned by a certain Marissa Saludo Y Ubas of legal age a resident of the aforesaid place was sustained minor injury and immediately brought to the hospital for immediate medication. On or about 8:45 of same date, the responding personnel of Bureau Of Fire Protection (BFP) declared fire out and the estimated property damage according to the fire BFP investigator is more or less Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php15, 000.00). Further investigation disclosed that the cause of the said incident is due to busted light bulb.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL GAMBLING IN AURORA

On or about 8:10 in the evening of March 07, 2015 at Barangay Anonang, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein PNP elements aurora police station spearheaded by PSInsp Heidel B. Te-Elan, OIC conducted operation against illegal numbers game locally known as “Swertres” of the aforesaid place which resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as one(1)  Janeth Base Y Branzuela aka “Banet”, 26 years old, a resident of Purok Orchid, Lintugop, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur. confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were the following: cash money amounting to ₱448.50 in different denominations, 54 pcs filled-up improvised stubs with number combinations, 66 pcs blank stubs, 4 pcs carbon paper, 3 pcs ballpen, one unit Nokia a275 cellphone all put inside in a sling bag colored black/red combination. One unit single motorcycle Haojue 110cc motorcycle colored red/black with temporary plate ea2486 but Junjie Arante Y Calvaquinto, 29 years old a resident of Purok Orchid, Lintugop, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur was able to escape and fled to unknown direction. Suspect is now temporary detained at aurora police station lock-up while appropriate case was prepared for inquest case for violation of R.A. 9287 against them in court.
