Drowning
Incident
MIDSALIP,
ZamboSur (August 2, 2018) - On July 28,
2018 at about 4:40 PM, The person of Rosmela Gapino y Lumosad, 20 years old,
single was found dead at Guitalos River in Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur by his
nephew Ricky M Placido, 8 years old, also a resident of said place.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that at around 10:45 AM of July 28, 2018, the victim Rosmela Gapino
left their house and went to the house of her auntie Mentalya Dapino and told
her that she will take a bath at the back of their house near Guitalos River.
Hours later, Mentalya (auntie) was
alarmed since her niece did not return. Meanwhile, at about 4:30 PM of same
date, she was told by their neighbor that her niece Rosmela was seen dead five
kilometers away from their house.
Further investigation disclosed that
the victim believed to be drowned and taken by the flood that resulted to her
death due to contusions and injuries on the different parts of the victim’s
body, head and face.
The dead body was brought to their
house by her immediate family and relatives. Investigator is SPO1 Pfizer A
Perez with CP 0907-4697-332.

Most Wanted Person and High Value Target of PRO9, Arrested in Tukuran,
Zamboanga Del Sur
TUKURAN,
ZaamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) – The joint teams
from Regional Intelligence Division 9, 902nd MOBILE Company of RMFB9 and
Tukuran MPS successfully arrested the wanted person during the conduct of
Dragnet/Stake-Out/Checkpoint Operation at Barangay Militar, Tukuran, Zamboangadel
Sur on July 29, 2018 at about 9:30pm, Police official said.
Police Regional Office 9 (PRO9) PIO
Chief PCINSP Helen L. Galvez identified the arrested wanted person as Amer
Palada @ “Jay-Ar” Or “Amer” (later fully identified as Jehar Mohammad Nalangan).
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed
under cc# IM-18-1636 and Kidnapping/Serious Illegal Detention docketed under
Criminal Case # IM-18-1664 issued by Judge Vicente S. De la Plaza 11 , Acting
Presiding Judge of RTC9, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay with no bail bond
recommended, PCINSP Galvez disclosed.
Galvez said that the Regional
Intelligence Division 9 (RID9) listed the accused as Top Most Wanted Person,
Regional Level and High Value Target (Regional Level).
Galvez added that the Personnel of
Regional Intelligence Division (RID), PRO9 brought the arrested wanted person
to Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay for disposition and for issuance of commitment

Stabbing
Incident
VINCENZO
ZAGUN, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) -
Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Cadena de Amor, Brgy Kabataan, Vincenzo
Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 PM of July 29, 2018.
initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the victim identified as Junry Camilo, 21 years old, single,
fisherman and resident of Poblacion, Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
He was stabbed by suspect identified as
Albert Saranza aka Boboy, 19 years old, married, fisherman and resident of
Sitio Liangan, Brgy Kabatan, Vincenzno Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur due to
misunderstanding while having a drinking spree together with the boat captain
of Realyn 9 fishing vessel and their other companions.
The victim suffered stabbed wound at
the back portion of his body and was immediately brought to Margosatubig
Regional Hospital for medical treatment.
The responding PNP personnel arrested
the suspect and now temporary detained at Vincenzo Sagun MPS custodial facility
for proper filing of appropriate charges. Investigator is SPO1 Jisefel N Quiapo

Rape
Suspect Cuffed in Pagadian City
PAGADIAN
CITY, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) – The
Combined operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and Tambulig Municipal
Police Station successfully arrested the
rape suspect during the conduct of a joint Manhunt Operation “Charlie”
at Integrated Bus Terminal, Barangay Bulatoc, Pagadian City at about 10:15am of
July 29, 2018, City Police Official said.
PSup. Alvin P, Saguban, OIC, Pagadian
City Chief of Police identified the arrested wanted person as Julito Alinanera
Canduleaka “Julito” Aleniar Candole, 40 years old, male, married, Filipino and
resident of Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City.
Supt Saguban disclosed that the accused
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “Rape” with
Criminal Case # 2018-10-3552 issued on June 29, 2018 by Hon Judge Jaime B
Caberte, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Pagadian
City.
Further, the above-arrested person now
temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS custodial facility for booking procedures.
