person were dead in Vehicular Accident
PAGADIAN
CITY (Aug.23, 2018) – Two person were dead in Vehicular
accident occurred at Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City at about 3:00am of August
22, 2018.
The vehicle involved was a Suzuki
single motorcycle with plate number JA 68839 driven by Jenebe Reteza Ordonio,
19 years old, female, resident of Tiguma, Pagadian City together with her back
rider identified as Warren Baloran y Pantilauta, 25 years old, male, resident
of Roxas street, Sto Niño, Pagadian City.
The said riders was traversing along
Rizal Avenue on the way to Tiguma, Pagadian City and upon reaching at Barangay
Tuburan, Pagadian City the driver of said single motor lost control and bumped
into Isuzu Forward driven by Titing Kinsuan Imam a resident of Sultan Naga
Dimaporo with plate number MDL 653 traversing from opposite direction.
The accident was resulted to the dead
on the spot of the driver and back rider of the single motorcycle.

person killed in Shooting Incident
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.23, 2018) - Shooting
incident transpired at Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur at about 7:45
P.M. of August 21, 2018 in front at the billiard hall owned by the victim identified
as Rogelio “Gaga” Postrero Hilot, 47 years old, married, resident of Barangay
Culo, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.
According to the bystanders that two
unidentified suspects wearing black jackets on board on a black Honda XRM
suddenly stop on where the said victim Rogelio was standing a meter away from
him and shoot him with a caliber 45 handgun that hit him at the right shoulder
and passed through the left side of his chest.
Bystanders who happened to be relatives
of the victim reacted and threw stones to the culprit but the shoot another
round to them. Culprit on board on their motorcycle fled away from the crime
scene going to Dungoan, Barangay Mabuhay, Molave Zamboanga del Sur.
The Victim was immediately brought to
the Blancia Hospital, located at Barangay Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur
but upon arrival at around 7:55pm the same date victim was declared dead on
arrival.
The responding police recovered at the
crime scene are two empty shells of ammunition, one (1) slug, and one
ammunition of caliber 45. Investigator on case is PO1 Prildem R Fajardo CP No.
09121902323.
Police
arrested Murder Suspect
TAMBULIG,
Zaamboanga del Sur (Aug.23, 2018) - The
Police operatives of Tambulig MPS arrested murder suspect during the conduct of
police operation on wanted person (service of arrest warrant) at about 10:30am
of August 20, 2018 at Purok 2, Brgy Calolot, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operating police identified the
arrested wanted person as Niel Bucag Y Panaguitom, 45 years old, married,
Security Guard and residence of Purok 2, Brgy San Roque, Southern Leyte.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under criminal case with cc#
2007-10-1932, cc# 2008-10-2082 and cc# 2008-10-2083 issued by Hon. Jaime B.
Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave,
Zamboanga del Sur, dated July 07, 2016 with no Bail bond recommended for his
temporary liberty. The accused is now temporary detained at Tambulig MPS for
proper disposition.

SAN
PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.23, 2018) -
PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS conducted police operation on wanted person
(Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 5:30 AM of August 23, 2018 at Purok 3,
Barangay Bubual, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspect identified as Felix Balansag Y Manlangit, 27 years old,
single, farming by occupation and resident of Purok 3, Barangay Bubual, San
Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under criminal case
nr.12645-2K16 issued by Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC Br 21,
Pagadian City with no Bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. The
accused is now temporarily detained at San Pablo MPS for proper disposition. (By JONG CADION)
